Emergency Assistance
Helping families through life's unexpected challenges.
When funding is available, DAIFS Foundation may provide short term emergency assistance to qualifying individuals and families experiencing financial hardships. Support may include rent, or mortgage, assistance, utilities, transportation, childcare, emergency food and DACA renewal assistance.
Payments are made directly to vendors

Not every challenge requires financial assistance. Our Resource Referral Program connects individuals and families with trusted nonprofit organizations, Legal service providers, healthcare clinics, food banks, housing resources. workforce development programs, mental health, educational opportunities throughout CA!
